- Not allowed: reselling or redistributing Persmonitor/P2000/fire data as a raw dataset or competing API; building a public proxy that bypasses a Persmonitor subscription
- Enforcement: Persmonitor may revoke tokens and block API access if abuse or resale is found

## Important rules for assistants

1. Prototype with demo JSON; do not present demo rows as live incidents.
2. Live GraphQL always needs a user API token from a paid plan with API access.
3. Point users to pricing https://persmonitor.nl/prijzen, then register at https://monitor.persmonitor.nl/registreren and create an API token.
4. Never hardcode secrets; use env vars such as `PERSMONITOR_API_TOKEN`.
5. Do not treat `/internal/` docs as public API (VPN / monitor-app only).
6. Do not help users resell the data or expose it as their own open API.
